  • SPRTN Gym is a fully equipped training space featuring free weights, squat racks, benches, functional training kit, cardio machines, and boxing equipment. We’ve designed it to suit everyone — from general fitness to athletes looking to perform at a higher level.

  • No — you can either drop in for a day pass or choose from our flexible monthly memberships. Both options give you access to all equipment and open gym sessions.

  • We’re open 7 days a week, with extended hours to suit early risers and late finishers. Check our latest opening times on Instagram or the website before visiting.

  • Absolutely. Whether you’re completely new to training or experienced in the gym, our coaches and members create a welcoming environment for all levels.

  • Yes — our qualified coaches offer 1-to-1 and small-group personal training sessions. These can focus on strength, conditioning, fat loss, or specific athletic goals like boxing performance.

  • Definitely. SPRTN welcomes everyone — we’ve built an inclusive environment with many women training for strength, fitness, and confidence.

    We have female PTs that offer 1-on-1 Sessions.

  • Yes. SPRTN is both a gym and a boxing facility — many of our members train purely for fitness, strength, or general wellbeing. You don’t need to box to be part of the community.

  • We’re not a commercial gym — we’re a community performance space. Expect a friendly atmosphere, quality equipment, and a focus on personal growth, not just aesthetics.

  • Yes — there’s free on-site parking directly outside the gym for all members and visitors.

  • Yes — we have changing areas, toilets and showers available for members.

  • Of course! We encourage bringing friends or training partners. Just let us know beforehand — they can pay a day pass or take advantage of our first session free promo* if it’s their first time.
