Cancellation Policy

At SPRTN, we aim to make our memberships simple and transparent. This policy explains how cancellations work for our services.

1. Membership Cancellations

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Please note:

  • If you are charged for a month and then cancel the following day, you will not receive a refund for that month.
  • Cancellations require 30 days’ notice from the date you request cancellation.

2. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partially used membership periods or for payments already taken before a cancellation request.

3. Personal Training & Classes

SPRTN does not handle cancellations or refunds for personal training sessions, as these are managed directly between clients and personal trainers.

For classes, access is included in your membership or may be paid at the door. No refunds are available once payment has been made.
