SPRTN Boxing Circuits are designed for people who want a challenging, structured workout without needing previous boxing experience.
Each session combines boxing-based bag work with conditioning, bodyweight movements and strength exercises. With only seven people per class, you receive more coaching, more space and more time working.
This is boxing-inspired fitness rather than competitive boxing. You will not be expected to spar.

BAG WORK
Simple punch combinations and boxing rounds designed to improve fitness, coordination and confidence.
CONDITIONING
Timed intervals and high-effort stations to improve stamina, work capacity and cardiovascular fitness.
FULL-BODY TRAINING
Bodyweight and functional exercises targeting the entire body, not just the arms.
SMALL-GROUP COACHING
Sessions are limited to seven people, allowing the coach to give each participant proper attention.
BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Most people attending our trial sessions had no previous boxing experience. Every station can be adapted.
GLOVES PROVIDED
You do not need to purchase equipment before attending. Gloves are available for every participant.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION
DO I NEED BOXING EXPERIENCE?
No. The sessions are designed to be suitable for complete beginners. The coach will explain every station and movement.
WILL I HAVE TO SPAR?
No. Boxing Circuits focus on bag work, fitness and conditioning. There is no sparring involved.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Wear comfortable training clothes and bring a bottle of water. Boxing gloves are provided.
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
You do not need to be fit before starting. Exercises can be adapted, and you can work at a pace appropriate for your current ability.
CAN I ATTEND WITHOUT BOOKING?
No. Each session has a maximum capacity of seven people, so all places must be reserved through the booking system.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL?
Your session credit will be returned if you cancel more than 24 hours before the class. Late cancellations will lose the credit.
